A holding space for embodiment, stillness, and personal exploration. This is not therapy. It's a mode of somatic healing informed by the Quaker belief that you have all the inner wisdom you need to discern the way forward. After we center down in movement or stillness, I offer some open-ended questions. We'll shift between somatic techniques (like tapping, havening, and rocking) and deep listening while you process thoughts and feelings. I reflect back what I've heard, then we close with some silence, to listen for any further intuitive nudges from the still small voice within. |
private restorative TLCBy far the most popular offering, this is a one-on-one grounding practice of restorative yoga poses, reclining and seated, supported by blocks and blankets. When we've created the conditions for your bones and muscles to settle into deep rest, you'll receive aaaall the hands-on healing TLC. From therapeutic assisted stretching to the gentlest energetic fingertip touch, you'll experience 75 minutes of bliss. Expect to emerge feeling calm and restored to the easeful way of being that is your birthright. Fully clothed, all props provided, essential oils optional.
