CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:
CREATIVE FLOW fuses vinyasa yoga with somatic techniques for calming the nervous system. An ever-changing movement experiment, for those who want to expand the boundaries of what mindful practice can look like.
GENTLE YOGA is more in the style of a hatha practice ( holding each classical yoga posture for 7-10 breaths). Please note: you will still find challenges to strengthen the body and stretch the mind - safely.
WEDNESDAY EVENINGS: October's Wednesday series is full. Moving into holiday season, this series will shift to sessions that are part gentle flow, part restorative yoga with reiki-style touch. This will be a 4-week session spread between the first two weeks of November and the first two weeks of December. See the workshops page for more info.
PRIVATE SESSIONS can be online or in person at the meetinghouse. Whether you're looking for one-on-one healing or a session tailored for a small group, you can find what you need. Check out the private sessions page for more details.

MOVING POETICS CLASSES:
1-hour recorded sessions exploring a poem, theme, and sequence
Moving Poetics engages the embodied exploration of poetry.
Thinking Feelingly: Somatic Approaches to Poetry is a book that began with a project of recording a class for each week of the calendar year, with selected poems corresponding to a movement of nature or a holiday.
Each of these classes was lovingly created with a beautiful demonstration by a guest mover. Each includes a music playlist curated to match the theme, a snippet of writing exploring the meaning and significance of the poetry, and an outline of the sequence for your future use.
Select individual sessions to try it out, or access the whole library of 50 classes and practice any class you want as many times as you'd like for as long as you'd like for a one-time fee.
